Pre-programme call and questionnaire to help me understand how best to support you before our first session.


Initial one to one session (one hour) focused on your unique circumstances and any goals you have for our work together.


Five live workshops building foundational knowledge for each pillar of the framework.


Five one to one sessions spaced throughout the programme for deeper exploration, accountability, and support.


Email support between sessions to check in, if you need it.


Final one to one session to reflect, review and finalise your personalised plan.


Summary emails after each session with key insights and gentle prompts for reflection.

Pre-programme questionnaire will be sent before we start on 20th March 2026.


Initial one to one sessions will take place week of 23rd March 2026.


Monthly live workshop on the second Tuesday of each month - starting 14th April 2026.


Monthly one to one sessions will be arranged with you.  All workshops and one to one sessions will take place online.

Frequently Asked Questions

You'll join (or watch on reply) one workshop per month and have one to one session per month.  Both sessions will last one hour so that's a two hour minimum commitment per month. You'll have optional reflection activities if you wish to complete them.


There's an option to pay in six monthly payments of £149.50.

The programme is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward from there.


Yes all live workshops will be recorded so you can revisit.


 You'll have your personalised Aligned and Intentional Plan to guide you, plus your recordings and resources to revisit. The goal is for you to feel confident moving forward independently. 


The small group size ensures I can tailor the programme to your unique needs and give you the support you deserve.


As the programme evolves, I may offer larger cohorts. But this founding experience is unique.
