That's completely normal and a great place to start. Many people begin with a vague sense that something needs to change.


Book a free call to talk through where you are.  I'll always be honest if I don't think the Aligned and Intentional programme is right for you.


Absolutely not.  I'm not here for people in mental health crisis, but for people who are looking for more and are ready to put themselves first.  Taking care of yourself before things become unmanageable is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself and those around you. 


I may offer practices or reflections to explore between sessions, but these are always invitations, not obligations. After each session, you'll receive a follow-up email with key insights and any resources we discussed, but you're free to engage with what feels right and leave what doesn't. You know what you have capacity for.
