Support That Continues Beyond the Call
After every one-to-one session, you'll receive a follow-up email designed to gently support you to reflect and move from doing to being. This email will include: a summary of key insights and themes from our session, any resources we discussed. worksheets or prompts to help you go further, and encouragement to make those next steps.
One-to-one support starts from £100, with options for single sessions or packages designed to meet your needs.
